belinda rodriguez, organizer
Belinda Rodriguez is an activist who has been organizing young people for climate, racial, and economic justice for the last 6 years. She started off doing anti-fossil fuel extraction work in NYC and has worked with groups like 350.org, the Responsible Endowments Coalition, and the New Economy Coalition to develop young leadership in the climate movement.
Belinda was a co-founder of the Momentum Training Project, a training institute and community of practice dedicated to the craft of building popular social movements. She currently works for the Pittsburgh-based event production company and media platform Café Con Leche and serves on the board of the Power Shift Network.
Belinda also recently completed her 200-hour yoga teaching certification, with an interest in providing classes for stressed out activists and survivors of sexual assault.
